Rathfarnham Castle playground is spacious, state-of-the-art, and full of interesting play equipments that include climbing frames, swings, springers, and multi-play units. The playground is managed by the South Dublin County Council. It also has a large castle with long slides that kids will love. There are also wooden balancing structures, and climbing units that are designed not just for older kids, but for adults as well. There are plenty of benches for parents to sit on. When the sun is out, it is the best time to walk around the park. There are also plenty of grassy areas around the playground and a big pond with ducks. You can also visit the castle and learn about its history. It is a great playground in Dublin. The only downside is that it has a pay car park, and there are times when it is full.
